| | | Recovery and Reclamation of Our Mental Wealth | | A Two Day Experiential Workshop Professor Phil Barker Poppy Buchanan-Barker | This Two-Day Workshop provides an intensive personal experience of the Values, Theoretical Principles and Practice of the Tidal Model of Recovery and Reclamation. Participants are introduced to the theoretical background to Tidal and encouraged to explore the key processes used within the Model, which help people reclaim their story as the first step in the voyage of recovery. This workshop is supported by the 120 page Tidal Model Manual, which provides further illustrations of the application of Tidal in practice.

Poppy Buchanan-Barker is Director of Clan Unity International, a mental health recovery agency based in Scotland. A counsellor, therapist and former social worker, Poppy has been leading the international promotion of the Tidal Model for the past 10 years alongside her other interests in spirituality, advocacy and civil liberties. | 
Phil Barker is Honorary Professor at the University of Dundee. A psychotherapist and former psychiatric nurse, Phil began the development of the Tidal Model in England in the mid-1990s.
